C. Diane Tedder has been a Certified Public Accountant for over thirty years and has a Masters in Taxation from Walsh University, Michigan.  Diane has written several publications focusing on managing small businesses, allowable deductions for the self-employed and tax guides for residential and rental properties.  Diane is also an effective spokesperson eager to share her knowledge on a wide range of topics and concepts.  She speaks on tax savings, retirement and financial planning, insurance needs, debt elimination and budgeting.

Diane built a CPA firm in Livonia Michigan from start-up to $600K in annual revenues, providing audit, accounting, and tax services to more than 100 corporations and partnerships, and over 400 individuals having self-employment income. Diane supervised the audit, tax and accounting work of 5 staff accountants and support staff.  She was also responsible for the development and retention of clients and the staff; strategic planning and financial operations. 

As an active member of the Tedder Consulting Team, Diane enjoyed consulting with clients.  Her areas of expertise included business management, tax, estate and financial planning. After twenty years of successfully owning and managing Tedder Consulting, Diane sold her business in order for her family to relocate to Durham, North Carolina where extended family lives.

Since being in Durham, Diane has devoted her attention to financial planning. At Duke University, she received an Executive Certificate in the Financial Planning Program.
